I have been to many chiropractors in my lifetime with very mixed results. As I get older the aches and pains are more chronic and it can be discouraging. I am so happy I found Dr. Trester and he has given me hope again as I see slow and steady improvements.

My experience at West 1st Chiropractic Wellness Centre has been very positive. After at least two years of having symptoms of pins and needles on my right side and over the years of having pressure on the right side of my head amongst other symptoms and feeling unwell without getting any answers.
I was told I had migraines, but I never felt that's what it was. I waited over a year to see my neurologist. I waited for an MRI as well. In the meantime, I also asked to see an ENT. As my sinuses were usually stuffed up every morning. Trying to get answers and advocating for myself, I also went to a more traditional chiropractor before seeing Dr. Trester. I left feeling like she thought I was a bit of a mystery and told me she wouldn't make any adjustment on me unless I had X-rays but never offered them and advised I just wait for my neurologist appointment. All the tests, MRI. CT scan never showed anything.
When I came upon Dr. Tresters ad on Facebook. I called the office right away. The symptoms described were things I was experiencing. Shalene made me feel like he could help when I explained how I was feeling. After my first appointment everything just made sense and when I left, I felt a flood of relief that I was finally in the right place and could get some help.
After my first adjustment the personal phone call from Dr. Trester to check in to see how I was doing was extremely appreciated. I've been telling everyone about my new favorite place! I really like the gentle holistic approach. The follow-up X-ray proved that only after 4 months there was improvement. I like coming to the office, it's always positive and love the little quotes of the day book. I also love my new pillow.

I found Dr. Trester’s Wellness Centre on FB, at the time I was experiencing back pains and tinkling down my left leg and to my toes.
After seven months of treatment my spine which was curved to the left is now straighter, no more tinkling and have gained back more flexibility to enjoy the exercises and yoga movements that was restricted a few months ago.
Thank you West 1st for everything, thank you Dr. Trester and thank you Shalene is as I call her Sunshine, always with a smile and have gone above and beyond when I have last minute changes to rearrange my appointments.
