We started visiting Dr. Trester when my son Wyatt was only 10weeks old - he’s now 10 months old! I went in with lower back pain, sciatica, and carpal tunnel and have never felt better. Wyatt was born with torticollis and his gentle treatments with Dr. Trester have worked wonders for helping him straighten out his neck.

It’s wonderful having significantly less back pain and 0 carpal tunnel pain and lovely seeing how happy and excited Wyatt gets when we go for our visits!

My first time seeing a chiro, was looking to continue healing from a bike accident (after seeing physio & RMT). Chose this one based on recommendations & focus on holistic wellness. Very friendly service, appointment reminders by text & easy scheduling. It increased my range of motion, reduced neck/back/hip pain (I can shoulder-check again), and added bonus helped with my eczema too! Interesting how nervous system, mood, muscles, and well everything links to the spine and brain.

I deal with lower back pain as a result of a previously diagnosed condition called spondylolisthesis. During a ski trip, I tweaked my back which resulted in immense pain that was affecting my daily life significantly. I decided to try chiropractic care with Dr. Trester. After meeting with Dr. Trester and completing an initial assessment, he created a recovery plan which included weekly visits as well as stretches and at home exercises to care for my back. Because of the chiropractic care that Dr. Trester provided, I was able to get back to an active life-style while living with spondylolisthesis. I am now visiting twice a month to upkeep my back and I am very grateful for the service Dr. Trester has provided to me. I have been visiting Dr. Trester for the last seven months and my experience has been nothing but fantastic. I never had chiropractor treatment before and I was very nervous at first. However, Dr. Trester and Shalene were very welcoming on my first visit and quickly put me at ease.

Dr. Trester did an X-ray and a comprehensive assessment on my first visit. He is very knowledgeable and friendly; you can tell he truly cares about each of his patent’ well-being. Dr. Trester focuses on the long-term solution and well-being instead of just a quick fix. I have been receiving treatments for seven months, and I see huge improvements in my posture, flexibility and range of motion.

Shalene has also been super friendly and welcoming. Always very helpful and accommodating when rescheduling appointments.

Over the past eight months, Dr. Trester has helped reduce my levels of pain and discomfort and significantly improve my overall quality of life. Before beginning my chiropractic treatment, I would often experience pain and discomfort, particularly throughout my mid-and-lower back, neck, and hips. This impacted my ability to sit comfortably in class or at my desk for long hours, as required as a student. I also found myself unable to enjoy exercising as much as I used to.

I have started going to West 1st Chiropractic Wellness Centre couple weeks ago and from the moment I walked in the door I felt cared for. Every procedure is thoroughly explained and asking questions is encouraged. I was suffering from bakers cyst when I first saw Dr.Trester. I was barely walking and I had so much pain. Very happy with Dr. Trester. Before regular chiropractic care, I was suffering from headaches and mid/lower back pain that was getting worse every year. Since I've started my treatment, I've been feeling more energized and have had progressively less tension in my back. My headaches are almost non-existent now. My experience visiting Dr. Trester’s office is nothing short of excellent and I consider it life changing.

After being a victim of 3 motor vehicle accidents within the last 5 years, I continuously suffer occasional discomfort which worried me that these accidents will affect my life physically and maybe mentally forever.

Before I started getting treatment, I often experienced pain after a long, strenuous day at work. It was hard for me to sleep and get out of bed at times and it prevented me from enjoying my physical activities like golf and biking due to lack of flexibility, energy and strength.

This will be the most important review I have ever made. I owe so much to Dr. Trester for getting me out of the most painful and dire situation I have ever been in. After decades of minor to medium back pain, my body moved into almost complete immobility, with excruciating pain and no feeling in my right arm and hand.
