News Flash: Men, you are not invincible.

Somewhere, deep down in every man is an inherent desire to play hard. This helps us achieve personal bests, enjoy spontaneous games of pick-up, and show-off blatantly. It also results in sore, aching backs.

Regular adjustments can help.
Before you plunge into your next act of brute strength, visit Dr. Trester. Regular adjustments can help you:

  • Stay healthy. Adjustments help restore your body to its natural state so you can heal from within and carry on doing dumb things even though your wife says No.
  • Decrease pain. It's proven: Chiropractic adjustments help reduce the intensity of acute low back pain.
  • Improve performance. Lance swears by chiropractic. So does Barry Bonds and Arnold Schwartzenegger. So you know it's good.
  • Improve posture. Walk tall, gentlemen.
  • Increase total body awareness. Chiropractic care is a natural, healthy choice for optimum performance (and achieving invincibility. Sort of.)

Manly men also stretch.
In addition to regular adjustments, Dr. Trester recommends these stretches to help keep your back strong and limber.

Come in to see Dr. Trester today.

Next Month: Summer time is here - how to play hard without the hurt.

Jackelyn T.
"I started seeing Dr. Trester almost two years ago. After just a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my range of motion in my neck. I had no idea that I wasn't truly shoulder-checking effectively.

I've also been a committed flag football player for 14 years. Even though it's not a contact sport, things happen in the field. After my games, I religiously see Dr. T. I walk in to the office stiff, sore, and sometimes in pain. After my adjustments, I am ready for another weekend of football!

I see Dr. Trester every two weeks religiously and don't know if I'd be a benefit to my team without him."

Congratulations Jackelyn on your commitment to health and wellness (and football!). We're happy to see you achieving your wellness goals!
